1. Export the JSON
Save your avatar in-game, then upload the cached JSON from %AppData%\Roaming\Hytale\UserData\CachedPlayerSkins\
2. Add one screenshot
Upload 1 image. We'll auto-crop to 3:4. Recommended: clean background, character fills ~60-70% of the frame.
3. Submission Guidelines
  • Screenshots must be captured in-game by the submitter
  • No official marketing images, logos, or watermarked assets
  • No hate speech, harassment, or sexual content
  • No misleading "official" claims or impersonation
  • Valid JSON file from the correct directory
If something's unclear, we'll ask for a small tweak instead of rejecting it outright.
Submit a preset
Save your avatar in-game (My avatar), then upload the cached JSON from: %AppData%\Hytale\UserData\CachedPlayerSkins\ The browser can't access that folder directly, so please select the file manually.
Auto-cropped to 3:4 and compressed to <=2MB. Recommended: clean background, character fills ~60-70%.
Tip: if you are submitting multiple looks, keep the naming consistent (e.g. "Ranger - Winter", "Ranger - Desert") so browsing stays tidy.
