Editorial mission

We publish manual recreation guides for the Hytale character creator. Every page should help a real player understand the look, follow the steps, and judge whether the recipe is still current.

What a published page should include

• Clear character name, source, and category.
• A screenshot or archive reference image when available.
• Recipe JSON that can be read by our editorial system.
• Steps organized by character creator section.
• Editorial notes covering silhouette, palette, hair, outfit, limitations, and variants.

Submission moderation and reporting

Community submissions are held in a non-public review queue and are never published automatically. A human editor checks each submission before publication and may edit titles, descriptions, notes, screenshots, categories, and recipe fields or reject the page. We reject spam, deceptive links, duplicate or automated submissions, harassment, hateful or sexually explicit material, unsafe instructions, copyright concerns, and other content that violates our policies or Google Publisher Policies. The site does not currently provide public comments. Readers can report a published page through the contact page or support email; we investigate concrete reports and correct, unpublish, or remove material when appropriate.

Source and image-rights review

A submission must identify the character or inspiration clearly and explain where each displayed image came from. We prefer screenshots created by the submitter, original artwork shared with permission, or material whose license permits this use. A recognizable character name does not by itself grant permission to copy promotional art. If ownership, license, or display consent cannot be confirmed, we keep the submission out of the public archive while the evidence is reviewed.

Accuracy and reproducibility

Editors compare the written recipe with the supplied screenshots and check that another player can follow the creator path by hand. We distinguish visible creator settings from interpretation, future predictions, and unavailable details. Recipe JSON is published as inspectable reference data, not as an official import file. When Hytale cannot reproduce an important feature, the page should identify the closest available option and state the limitation plainly instead of hiding it with a flattering angle or edited image.

Corrections and updates

Option names, cosmetics, and creator behavior may change as Hytale is updated. We add an updated date when a guide receives a material revision and may retain a note explaining what changed. Readers and rights holders can report an inaccurate step, broken source, outdated claim, or image concern through the contact address in the footer. We review concrete reports against the current game evidence and correct, annotate, unpublish, or remove a page when the evidence supports that action.

Rejection and removal

We may reject or remove submissions that lack useful instructions, repeat an existing page without meaningful improvement, contain misleading claims, use images without adequate rights information, or create a safety or policy risk. Publication counts are not a quality target: a smaller set of documented guides is preferable to a larger gallery of thin or uncertain pages. Rejected material is not automatically exposed through search, category pages, or the public sitemap.

Advertising and commercial independence

Advertising, if enabled after platform approval, does not determine which characters are published, how recipes are ranked, or whether a criticism is removed. Sponsored or affiliate material would require a clear disclosure and separate editorial review. No advertiser, game studio, or rights holder is presented as endorsing the archive unless that relationship can be verified and stated explicitly.

This is an unofficial fan project. The archive is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Hypixel Studios or Hytale.
